We are an alliance of sovereign cities dedicated to pursuing the highest standards of behavior by all of our member cities. We are dedicated to city development, trade, independence from the whims of larger alliances, and fostering full PvP competency of member cities. We seek to hold our own ground and work with solo players uncomfortable joining alliances.
