Features

Abandon City
It’s now possible to abandon a city. You can do this by going into the Townhall and selecting “Abandon city” in the City you intend to abandon. To confirm this action you need to type in this City’s name in the popup box that opens up. By doing so this City will irrevocably not be usable for you any longer. Your abandoned City will be available to other players for either settling on it (when this City doesn’t have a Castle) or for sieging it with a Baron (when the City has a Castle). Left cities are decaying over time (one level per hour for each of the buildings the City contained). n.
Player Restart
It’s possible to restart a new game. You can do this by selecting “Restart game” in the Accounts tab of the Options. To confirm your restart you need to type in your player name in the popup box that opens up. By doing so all your cities and progress you have made will be irrevocably gone. Your left cities will be available to other players for either settling on them (when this City doesn’t have a Castle) or for taking them over with a Baron (when the City has a Castle). Left cities are decaying over time (one level per hour for each of the buildings the City contained).
Inactive Players
Cities of inactive players will turn into lawless cities if the player did not log in since 2 weeks (ranked Baron or lower) or 4 weeks (ranked Earl or higher). If an orb of peace is activated, the time of inactivity will start counting after peace time ended.
Lawless City
If a City becomes lawless, all troops of that city will be called home. In this City it’s not possible any longer to recruit any new troops or upgrade buildings, instead the city will slowly decay over time (one building will drop one level each hour). If the city has a castle, it can be plundered, attacked or sieged with a baron to conquer it. If the city has no castle, it can be plundered or a baron can be sent to settle on it and take over the city in its current state, except troops. The first baron that arrives will take over the City, other barons arriving later will return home.
Balance

Plundering
